2025 Season Kickoff
ICI President Richard Hedgecock stressed the importance of automated speed enforcement Safe Zones at INDOT’s 2025 season kickoff near the I-65 Safety & Efficiency project in Indianapolis on April 23. Hedgecock joined INDOT Commissioner Lyndsay Quist and Milestone Contractors, L.P. Project Superintendent Chad Scott to hammer home National Work Zone Awareness Week messaging.
